VanToys Overland Gear  - Shipping Policies & Information

Order processing times - Orders are processed within 1 business day. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday. 

Customer Information - It is very important that you complete the customer purchase information completely so as to not delay the shipping of your order. Having both an email address and phone number attached to your order is required for shipping purposes. We will never share or sell your information, nor will we ever contact you with unsolicited emails or telephone calls. 

Once your order has shipped, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping information. Please ensure your address and contact information are entered correctly. 

Orders Can't be shipped to PO Boxes - We require a street address for shipping purposes.

Shipping for Canada & USA - All packages include tracking. You will be contacted with the service provider and tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipping. We will combine shipping whenever possible and refund shipping overcharges.

Weldtec Lift Kits - Weldtec Lift Kits ship on a pallet. After you have placed your order, we will contact you with pallet shipping costs.

SOK Batteries - Shipping for SOK batteries is included in the purchase price within Canada (excluding the Yukon, Nunavut and NWT) and the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii.) Should you reside in one of the excluded areas and want to purchase SOK Batteries, please contact us for delivery options.

SOK Batteries are shipped via ground service. These orders can't be shipped any faster due to them being considered Hazardous Materials. 

Shipping Speed - Orders should arrive at your delivery address within 3 - 7 days. Arrival estimates are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery time. If you require faster delivery, please contact us to discuss additional shipping methods. 

International Customers - We can ship Internationally, please contact us for any orders outside of Canada & USA

Local Pickup - Contact us for local pickup. This is available by appointment only.

Returns, changes, and cancellations - Please contact us with any questions regarding returns and exchanges. Cancellations can only be completed prior to the order being dispatched
